Like its desktop Ryzen 9 counterpart, this X3D cell processor solely provides 3D V-cache on one of many two Zen 4 CCDs, however optimization is not going to be as much as the end-user as this may clearly be coming pre-configured in a gaming laptop computer.
AMD has given this Ryzen 9 7945HX3D half a “55+W” TDP, however they level out the benefits of 3D V-cache in a diminished energy envelope implementation, claiming larger beneficial properties at 40W than even 70W (see slide under).
